Education Assistants Support – Module 1

Overview

This module is designed to support Education Assistants working within the Mi’kmaw Kina’matnewey family of schools. Through these presentations, you will learn more about inclusive education, neurodiversity, attention differences, and Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), along with practical strategies to help students succeed in the classroom. The goal is to build understanding, confidence, and supportive approaches that recognize each student’s strengths and help every child feel valued, capable, and included.
